Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days and are posted First Class through Royal Mail. We have a base rate of £3.50 per order, with an extra £0.50 per item in your order.

We also offer free click and collect for those of you who live local to Cardiff, Wales.

We currently offer shipping within the UK only, but you can drop us an email at joyhome178@gmail.com if you’re outside of the UK and we’ll see what we can do about posting to you!

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a refund within a 30 day period from your payment. If stock levels allow it, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.

Postage for the replacement will be covered by Joy House Creations.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders may be accepted if your item has not already been shipped.
